For on-site or off-site agency work, I bill all work at an hourly rate of $120 per hour. If you’re hiring me to work off-site, I bill you only for the time that I am sitting at my desk focused on your project. I have this terrible thing called a conscience, which means that if I get up to get a drink of water, use the facilities, take a phone call, answer an email, you don’t get billed for it. I use a simple Excel application to track exactly how many minutes I spend on your project, and that is all you get billed for. If I am working on-site, I bill for the time that I am on your premises (minus the time we spend eating, playing foozball, or bragging about our high scores on Gallaga).

Rates for Bigger Projects
If you require a quote for a larger project (and you have the luxury of time), please fill out the form below with as much info as you can provide. The quote I provide you with is an estimate based on the hours I determine it will take to complete your project. Quotes are based on my standard rate of $120 per hour. However, you only pay for the time I spend on your project. In other words, if I quote you for 30 hours, and your project takes 26 hours and 42 minutes, I only bill you for 26 hours and 42 minutes. On the flip side (to your benefit), if I quote you for 30 hours, and your project takes 34 hours and 12 minutes, I only bill you for 30 hours.
